Walk-Ins and Drop-Offs

No appointment is needed for an estimate — pull into the lot during open hours and an estimator will look at the damage on the spot. If you're dropping a car off for repair, plan about fifteen minutes for the paperwork walkthrough, and if your insurer covers a rental, we'll time the reservation so the rental car is ready when you arrive. After-hours drop-off can be arranged by phone.

If Your Car Can't Be Driven

Don't risk driving a car with a bent wheel, leaking radiator, or deployed airbag. Call us first: we'll arrange a flatbed tow to the shop from anywhere in the Upland area — Rancho Cucamonga, Ontario, Claremont, Montclair, and the surrounding cities — and on a covered accident claim the tow typically gets billed to insurance, not to you.
