About Body Shop Upland

We're a family-run collision and paint shop on Foothill Blvd in Upland, California, and we've built the business on a simple bet: if you repair cars the right way and talk to people straight, the west Inland Empire will keep your bays full. So far, it has.

How We Work

Every vehicle here is repaired to the manufacturer's published procedures — not shop shortcuts — by I-CAR trained technicians. That's not marketing vocabulary; it decides real things, like which structural parts may be straightened versus replaced, and how the safety systems on a modern car get recalibrated after a hit. Estimates are written, explained face to face, and honored. When teardown reveals damage the first inspection couldn't see, we photograph it and take the supplement fight to the insurance company ourselves.

What We Promise

Three commitments, no asterisks. First, the estimate is free and carries no obligation — take it to another shop if you like, we'll still shake your hand. Second, nobody gets a repair they don't need; if a bumper can be fixed for half the cost of replacing it, or a dent isn't worth an insurance claim, that's what we'll tell you. Third, the lifetime warranty is literal: workmanship on any repair we perform is covered for as long as you own the vehicle.
